Ok, I'm with Elisa, and my first thought was another baby on the way. Then I looked closely at the picture and figured it must be the teeth. I also wanted to let you know my suggestion for poopy stains (per the Jordan's blog)...clear antibacterial soap! Works wonders (you can get the Softsoap brand, but we just get generic and it works just as well). Hope it works for you too! : )
